Where is the delivery from?

We ship from Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests received after this time will be rejected. Once your order has been received, it can be returned for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX).


When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional processing time during holidays or sales. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of order and are shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.


What if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.


Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

Prices on our website are exclusive of tax and are in US dollars, which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import duties, taxes, and other related fees may be assessed upon arrival at your order's final destination and are determined by your local customs authority. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and we do not cover them. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your country's customs authorities. Please check with your local customs office for detailed fees.

What if the product(s) received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received defective, incomplete or incorrect goods. Please include your order number, photos of the product(s) and any related information as soon as you receive the package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as soon as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be transferred back to your card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product or cancellation request. Please contact your bank or card company for the timing of your refund.
